Worldpay Business Gateway Not Working

The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:
The transaction cannot be processed for one or more of the following reasons:

The installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters.
A different submission protocol is required. A more secure submission may be required.
The installation number is invalid.
Server information 28/Oct/2015 16:01:38 Server ID ukdc1-pz-cen07 (WPReq-25675)


HELP!!!

I have gone through the entire set up of Worldpay Business Gateway Payment, but still can not get it to work, when I click on finish on the checkout page and it goes to worldpay secure -test I get the following error;

I have set up worldpay with the correct callbacks etc, but can not get it to work and the customer is losing a bit of patience , can anyone help me out please

Hi,

The two WorldPay plugin has been developed by Brainforge.
The HikaShop team does not have any documentation, test account or knowledge on these plugins.

Regarding your error message, it looks like the plugin configuration is uncompleted or invalid.
Like it is details in the error message you gave:

The installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters.
