No payment methods found

Hey there
could help me solve this problem , the problem is that when I want to move after accepting payment terms not let me go , I get the error of payment as you can see in image link:

Hi,

This indicates that there is a problem with your payment methods.
We have a FAQ which list all the things you should check when having that error:

So I would recommend to follow it.
Looking at your website, I can see that you're using the GTQ currency. But not a lot of payment gateways accept that currency, so if you're trying to use a payment method for a payment gateway which doesn't support that currency, it could explain why you're getting that problem.

Hi,

Well, I see that you're using PayPal, but PayPal doesn't support the GTQ currency for payments. So it's normal that you don't see it on your checkout and that you get that error.
As I said in my previous message, you need to use a payment gateway which supports your currency.

We have set the currency to US$ and the PayPal basic plugin is enabled ( prntscr.com/9fs8qc ). We still cannot see the Payment Method in Step 4 of the Checkout process: Payment prntscr.com/9fs9bo

We have checked all your instructions for Payment Methods on the FAQs ( www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...on/106-faq.html#paym ), and we believe everything is set up correctly.

What might we be missing?

Hi,

The issue must be with all the restrictions that you set in your payment method.
The way you set it, it will only display if the total weight of the products in the cart is between 0.5 and 30lb, if the total volume of the products in the cart is between 100 and 100 cm^3, if the total quantity of the products in the cart is between 1 and 10 , if the shipping method selected is the one selected in the shipping method setting.
And there is a problem with the "minimum price" field. You should remove the $ symbol from the field or it won't work properly.

I would advise to remove all these restrictions and add the ones you really need, if any, one by one, and test each time if you still see the payment method on the checkout.
That way, you know when you make a mistake.
