Problems with the payment tool

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : I can not create a new Payment Methods. Error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I use Joomla 3.4.6 and the latest version of HikaShop Buisness.
I myself do not find the error. My hosting service says that it is in the program

I can not create a new Payment Methods. Error message:

Hello,

This bug appear when you want create for each payment method? or just one precisely?
If this bug is just link to one payment method, which payment method it is?

Did you have already use Joomla 3.4.6 and HikaShop business on another website?
If yes, did you use the same payment method?
