Payment failure using SagePay

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

We have just done a test transaction on our website using SagePay and were given an error message after clicking the finish button and going to SagePay's payment page.

I have attached a screenshot of the error page.

Do you have any idea why this error is appearing?

I have also attached a screenshot of our SagePay settings incase that helps.

Hi,

It looks like that the password you gave is not the right one for the "production" mode.
The data is encrypted and if the password is not good, SagePay can't decrypt and extract the parameters.
Are you sure that you're using an account in production and not a sandbox one ?

Hi Jerome,

We have been in contact with SagePay and they have confirmed that we have the correct details for the "LIVE" server, which is what the Payment plugin is set to.

We have also been given an encryption key, but there is nowhere to input this on the payment plugin.

Do we need to swap the password we have with the encryption key perhaps?

If not, do you have any further ideas why this isn't working?

Hi again, I have just tried the encryption key in place of the password and it seems to be working. Sorry for taking your time. We will test this again fully to make sure payments are successful, but we have managed to get past the point it failed at last time.
