Download external payment plugin and shipping plug

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error

We noticed the changelog 2.6.1
- We removed payment plugins made by external developers. These plugins will be available for download but won't be include in HikaShop install packages anymore.

May we know how we can download these plugin separately? (can not find the download link anywhere)

We always want to have some new payment plugin development by the documentation is too hard for us to digest and do think these plugin would be good reference to us

Please take a look at our documentation page where we list the payment plugins.
The payment plugins we removed from the package are listed there.
