Online Payment method/plugin for China

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

Hi,

I want to add a payment method in Hikashop for the country China. Is there any specific plugin for it? or any other way ?
One of friend referred about Union Pay in Hikashop and this is available on Paypal gateway when the user selects China as his country. Please can you guide me if this is the correct way or not.

Hi,

The main payment gateway in China is called AliPay. HikaShop has a payment plugin for it preinstalled with it. So once you create your merchant account with them, you can just go in the menu System>Payment methods in HikaShop, click on the "new" button, select AliPay and configure your payment method with the information from your AliPay merchant account and you'll be ready to receive payments on your website.
