Paypal payment checkout = blank page...

-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.9
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hi,

We encountered this problem trying to test our store on our sandbox website.
When we add a product to the cart and press "Next", the payment window is empty. We have 3 payment methods for each of our vendors (hikamarket multivendor).

Could you help us please.

Hi,

This indicates that you don't have any payment methods found.
Normally you should get an error message saying that.
Since you don't, make sure that your template is able to display the error messages:

Also, if the payment methods are not found, it's usually because of one of the problems listed there:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/106-faq.html#paym
So please review them.

OK!

Now the payment option is showing but when I press validate, it loads and loads and loads and nothing happen. It doesn't go trought to paypal.

I went on other forum and I thougt maybe it is my template that is stopping from seeing the errors, so i went with a basic (protostar) template and it still does not go throught to paypal.

Could you help me please.

Hi,

So it seems that the problem happens during the creation of the order at the end of the checkout.
It could come from many things:
- the sending of the emails is too long because there is a problem with the connection with the email server to send them. You can go in the menu System>Emails and deactivate them and try again and see if that helps.
- you might have configured improper mass actions via the menu System>Mass actions. Check that you don't have any
- you might have that problem:

- it might come from a third party extension processing. Try deactivating the hikashop and system plugins via the Joomla plugins manager one by one and test if it helps.

It was the email. Now how can i resolve this problem because i will need these email for when a client order. See attachment to see which email is deactivated for my store to work.

Hi,

These emails are not a problem in of themselves. It's either coming for the bug of the 3.5.1 that I gave a link to in my previous message:

or a problem with the email settings of either the HikaShop configuration or the Joomla configuration.
So first update to HikaShop 2.6.3 ( www.hikashop.com/my-account/your-subscriptions.html ) to get all the fixes for Joomla 3.5.1 and if that still doesn't help, check these settings. The email addresses must be correct and the settings must correspond to what your hosting recommends.
