PayPal Express payment plugin, error code : 10413

Hello,

It seems to be a rounding/currency issue when using this payment option, our users are getting this error :

Connection failure - error code : 10413 , error message : The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.

We've done a couple of tests, and we can see the problem happens when using a rebate coupon. To reproduce the problem at www.windsurfingharnesslines.com :

1. select currency to CAD;
2. add a product, clip harness at 34.95$;
3. use coupon code sry50: 50% off coupon;
4. checkout using paypal express;
5. you will see the error, error code : 10413

To prove this problem, go back selecting USD currency and checkout again using paypal express, it will work. It think it has something to do with the amount rounding when applying the rebate coupon, because when no coupon, it works.

This problem is very annoying because we might lose some sales. Some clients also complaining about this situation.

Anybody can help with this issue?

There's taxes for goods shipped in Canada, no taxes for goods shipped in USA.
