-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : invalid md5

Hi,
We are using payeezy as a payment method for our web application, so we are using authorize.net plugin for configuring payeezy. After clicking on pay, it redirects to payeezy payment page then after entering demo card details we are getting an "invalid notification" from payeezy, checked the hikashop log report it is displaying "invalid md5" but we have given the same md5 hash code which is as generated in the payeezy gateway. Any help would be great!.

Hi,

Well, if payeezy says that the md5 is invalid, it means that some of the information you entered in your payment method settings page is wrong. I would recommend to check them with the support of Payeezy. They'll be able to check if what you entered there correspond to what they have for your merchant account on their end.

Hi,
But there are no error logs in payeezy gateway, the error logs are showing hikashop log report. After payment I am getting payment success message from payeezy!

Hi,

Place an order on your website and on the page when you are being redirected to the payment gateway, just before the redirection, stop the process with the stop button of your browser.
There, look at the HTML around the button to proceed.
You'll find a bunch of hidden input fields with all the data being sent to the payment gateway.
You can also look at the network console of your browser's developer tool for the redirection request which will contain all these parameters. And you can provide them to their support so that they can tell you what's wrong.

We can potentially get that hidden data for you if you provide us a way to place an order on your website. I had a quick look to it but I couldn't find a product page to access the checkout.

Hi,

It's either AUTH_CAPTURE or AUTH_ONLY based on how you configure the "Instant capture" setting of your payment method.
