Reordering payment methods [SOLVED!]

I feel extremly stupid right now.

How do you reorder payment methods?
Right now paypal is first and banktransfare is second. I want to switch them.

I tried googeling, tryed looking in this forum. I tried to switch the ID in SQL and reorder there. Looked in payment methods. Looked in display options. But i just can not figure out how the payment methods are organized and how to change them.

Please help a newb out

Edit: Yes that was correct. Nicolas had the answer as allways. I just did not search the forums correctly at first.

I allso had 0 values for the ordering. Once i changed some values they all got values. But the question remains. What gave them the order in the first place? hmm... Just out of curiosity
