Paypal Plugin Payments Stopped Working

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.22

Customers are not able to complete payment through Paypal Plugin . I get an order email but they say the Paypal payment does not complete for them. It use to be fine and all of the sudden no longer works at all.

I need this fixed asap and have no clue what is happening.

Hi,

I have done a test on your website and I was redirected to PayPal.
So as far as I can see, it works fine

3 more customer complaining "trouble at checkout" I see the order go through and no longer receive a payment, I have to contact them and send an invoice...

This is unacceptably and I have no clue why it started happening all the sudden...

Most claim a white screen or here is the last complaint "Had some trouble with payment. What's the PayPal I send my payment to?"

This should be automatic and has been for like 2 years. I just updated and PAID for a year of this checkout after 2 years of payment and usage.

I need this fixed, every purchase since update has had problems with Paypal checkout.

Hi,

Without being able to reproduce the problem or without the error message ehind the problem, we can't provide a solution as we don't know the problem.

If you get a blank page during the checkout, it means that there is a fatal error during the process of a page.
So you should have the error message logged in the PHP error log of your web server.
You can also activate the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration so that it would display the error message on the checkout.
Once you have the error message, provide it to us and we should be able to tell you what's going on.
