User point collection when checkout

Hi

I want to design user point collection program for customer who purchase product and can collect the point for discount.
And I follow the document here www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...57-using-points.html

But the user point still not appear when checkout.

Also want to know how to show user point when user don't have any point yet.

The attachment are my setting which according to documentation.

After testing, I try to purchase things and collect the point, I purchase and paid, but when I purchase another things and went into checkout page, it still told me"You don't have points. ".

How long will it take to receive point after payment.

Can user input the amount of point they want to use in this purchase just under the point information area as attachment show in red.

For instance, if customer now have 60 points but they just want to use 20 points in this order.

And can they just type the point they want to use just under the points information area as attachment color by red area instead of apply point in payment page with all point need to use.
