PayPal Express Checkout sandbox issue

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Essential 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message. Screen goes blank!

Express checkout works when Sandbox mode is disabled - send the info to PayPal and checkout works. But when I enable Use Sandbox, any attempt to check out with PayPal the screen goes blank, no error messages. Nothing in View Source, either.

Any ideas? My clients would really like to be able to TEST the checkout process.

Hi,

A complete blank page can be related to a PHP fatal error.
You should take a look in your PHP error log in order to get more details.

Nothing in the PHP error log. Nothing in debug output. Any other ideas?

Hi,

And if you activate the debug mode of the PayPal Express checkout plugin and do a test again, do you get something in the payment log in the Files section of the HikaShop configuration ?

Hello,

So, you recieve Paypal notification but something went wrong...
Can you provide a Sreenshot of your payment plugin please ?

Note : Don't forget to hide you Paypal references !
