Issue with Credit Card option for canada orders

We have a problem with one of the payment methods. When a customer have the billing and shipping address for Canada the Credit Card Payment not showing up. We check the module settings and in the restriction we have Canada and USA checked, if the user have the billing and shipping USA, Credit Card appears if it’s Canada is hidden.
I’ve check the forum and saw this article www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq but our problem is not in the list, we checked all of this settings, we have only one currency “$” and access level is for ALL.
Also i’ve removed the restrictions and still not showing for Canada, only for the USA. We use the authorize Credit Card Payement. We created a zone “Credit Card Payment” wich include all the states from US/Canada etc.... see the attached.
