I found this announcement about Hikashop payment plugins
More than 60 payment plugins are available for HikaShop. 7 new plugins have been added this summer, either developed on our end or by third party developers : Barclaycard ePDQ, Viveum, ConCardis PayEngine, ABN Amro Internetkassa, Amazon FPS, SwipeHQ, NETS.

My customer wants to use viveum payment plugin. Is it already available or what needs to be done to get it to work?

Hi,

The Viveum payment plugin had been developed by sellxed:
www.sellxed.com/en/manual/1617/-
However, it seems they discontinued it.
You can potentially check with them it they could provide a copy of it to help you out.

If you want to develop the plugin, you can base yourself on the integration documentation provided by the payment gateway and our developer documentation where we also provide an example of payment plugin:
