Is there any option for the plugin to receive payments paypal confirmed only accounts?

I wonder preventing fraud in online payments, since someone can steal the card of a person and shop online by creating a fake paypal account with the stolen card, and then when reverse the transaction losers are the ones who sell online.

In virtuemart there is an option to only receive paypal payments accounts are confirmed with this one protects from fraud.
