Developer changed url for Converge/Elavon for Sha-2 upgrade, but error message

-- HikaShop version -- : Essentials
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : An error occurred 6

Developer changed the URL for Converge/Elavon so credit cards could be processed there if the customer selects that option, but it's not working and we're getting "An error occurred 6" message.

How do we fix this?

That error message do not come from our plugin or HikaShop.
Please contact the Converge/Elavon support.
