Conditional Payment Methods based on Selected Shipping Method

Hello,

my problem is that:

a) Customer selects Shipping Method to "Collect order from Store"
b) His options for payment are restricted to Debit Card or Cash. The excluded option is "pay by collecting money on delivery".

Is that possible with Hikashop?
