Manually assign points to users

Hello,
we would like to offer a kind of "prepaid orders" feature in our website.
To do it, we thought it's possible to use the Points system in Hika.

Is it possible to assign manually points to the users?
Do we need a particular plugin or can we use the integrated HikaShop User points plugin together with the custom field?

Periodically we need to "recharge" the point balance of the user, simply filling out the value of his/her credit.
