Paypal error: your purchase could not be completed

Hi,

This site has been working well with Paypal payments for more than two years, but now transactions will not complete - with the attached error coming from the Paypal site.

We have not changed any settings in Hikashop and believe this to be a problem at PayPal as you can purchase a product and you are referred through to Paypal only to get the error you can see.

Please can you advise if there is anything we should be looking at in the configuration of the PayPal plugin, and if the problem is something to do with Hikashop or with PayPal.
