Shipping method based on selected payment method

Hello,

I have read a bit around but some posts are old. Maybe in new version it's possible?

I would like to have:

Payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank transfer

Shipping methods:
- Method one - Higher price (showed only when Cash is selected)
- Method two - Lower price (showed only when Bank is selected)

By default cash is selected(checked) with higher delivery price. But when user select Bank transfer Shipping Method 1 should hide, and method 2 should show up with lower price.

It’s important for us that both payment methods are visible all the time and that only shipping costs are changing based on selected payment method.
