Besteron payment gate

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4

Hi,
we would like to use Besteron payment system (payment gate for bank transfers and credit cards in Slovakia).
There is already plugin for Virtuemart (and also WooCommerce, Prestashop, Magento and Opencart), but not for Hikashop.
I would appreciate your opinion if it possible to use theese plugins and customise it for Hikashop easily. How long would it take to "develop" Hikashop plugin and how much would it cost (approximately)? developer.besteron.sk/
