No payment methods found - respects unchecked restrictions

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No payment methods found

After update to HS 3.0.1 I could not finish checkout - all payment methods disappeared.

I found a workaround to bring them back.
The problem was, that payment methods started to respect "restrictions", which were unchecked

Hi,

The fact that the checkbox "restrictions" is checked or not has no meaning for HikaShop and never had. It only allows you to display/hide the restriction settings area. And normally, HikaShop should automatically display the area when you edit a payment method with a restriction being set.
So if you have a restriction on your payment methods, it's normal that it is being enforced. It should actually have been even before the update.
