Hi,

I want my shop to be truly multi currency in that we include shipping with our prices, so if your in the US i want the products to show USD and make payment in USD, in Australia I want it to be in AUD and payment to be made in AUD.

We use the paypal payment plugin, and, we have multi currency set on, so the page shows the right currency when loaded using geolocation, however, when payment is made it always converts it back to teh default currency. (our paypal is setup to receive all the correct currencies)

Is it possible to allow payment to be made in the currency displayed?

If its not a feature can i get it added (i dont even mind paying to have this as an option added ot the paypal payments plugin)

Hi,

If you get the currency converted back to the main currency, this indicates that you've turned on the "display" option of the other currency but didn't turn on its "published" option. In such case, the currency can be used for the listings and product page, but the system reverts to the main currency on the checkout. So publish the currency in the menu System>Currencies and you'll see that the system will keep the currency on the checkout and for the payment, no code modification is needed.

This is strange, as I have checked this setting and all currencies are set to both PUBLISHED and DISPLAY = ON (green check)

Hi,

Please provide a screenshot of your currencies listing in the backend and the procedure to reproduce the issue on your website with a link to the page where to start from.
