Status does not change when clients return from the payment

Hello everyone,

today for the surprise there is a problem in the communication between Paypal and my store.

Everything was fine, but now the customers have begun to have the following problem: after having paid and return to my store, the order is still in the "created" state and no one has passed a "confirmated", with the consequent claim of the Client.

The configuration of the "Paypal" plug-in is still as before and I do not know that it can go wrong.

Does anyone know it can happen? Thank you.

I am seeing that what is happening is a delay, a longer delay in the confirmation of the payment.

The previous payments that a couple of hours ago were in the "Created" state have now passed (two hours later) to the "Confirmed" status.

I now have to pay another order and appears with the status "Created" and it has been 30 minutes and it continues as "Created".

Has anyone ever seen this?
