Point Payment (Partial Payment) - Selection for no use point at the moment

Dear

We believe that there is an option for user to select whether they want to use their point at the current checkout

However, this yes/no option since is not available in the version 3.1.1, can you please help to advise how the user can make selection to not use point at the moment?
