paypal IPN working in sandbox but not in live mode

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8
-- PHP version -- : 7.1

The order gets set to "confirmed" via IPN when using sandbox mode but the order stays at "created" when Paypal is used in normal live mode.
How could I debug that? Thanks
