Hello,

I'm using Authorize.net as the payment method. After a successful payment upon checkout, an error message shows below:

An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

I already set in the Hikashop checkout config to force to a menu upon checkout. The menu is publicly accessible.
There is also no specific rules in the .htaccess files. It's only the Joomla! default htaccess file.

Attached is the site's authorize.net plugin specifications.
Please advise on how to fix this.

Hello,

You'll probably find your answer through Authorize.net developer forum :

Thank you for your patience. We heard back today from operations that some of our servers used for Relay Response were modified to require TLS 1.2. An investigation is underway to determine why this change was made, and when, but in the mean time we've removed those servers from service which should mitigate the issue for now.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and applaud you for your persistence.

So the solution will be to check that your hosting has a recent enough version of openSSL supporting TLS 1.2, this might also require the update of PHP so you'll have to check on that with your hosting company.

Best regards,
Mohamed Thelji.
