Hi There,

We're trying to use a payment processing company named 'Bambora' with Hikashop. After discussing things with Bambora, they've informed us that they used to be called 'Beanstream', for which Hikashop has a built-in payment method. So we are currently using the Beanstream payment method. So far it seems to be working correctly, however the shipping address provided by the user to Hikashop is not being passed along to the Bambora/Beanstream transaction page. This means that the user will have to fill in his address a second time, which is sub optimal.

We need the Beanstream payment method to pass along the address information, so that the user doesn't have to fill it out again if possible.

Hi,

There is no option to do that.
That will require some development in the plugin file plugins/hikashoppayment/beanstream/beanstream.php in order to add that information to the transaction as per the Bambora documentation:
help.na.bambora.com/hc/en-us/articles/11...ing-the-payment-form
We can add that on our todo list, but I can't promise any deadline as it's not a priority and we already have a lot of things on the todo list.
So you might want to either have a third party developer work on that for you (and we can potentially integrate back the development to the plugin), or you can contact us via our contact form if you want us to work on that for you as a development work:

Hi,

Has this been addressed? We are planning to using Hikashop in our site revision and currently use Bambora as our processor.

thanks,
Michael

Hi,

No. @HuberAg didn't contact us so far and no one else did regarding this. So our position is still the same as I wrote in my previous message.

Hi,

The beanstream plugin is preinstalled with HikaShop so there is no place to download it. You should already have it on your website if you already have HikaShop installed.
So you just need to go in the menu System>Payment methods, click on the "new" button, select the beanstream payment plugin and you'll see the configuration interface for it.
