PayPal payments pending?

Hi,

I had a customer make a purchase today. It says pending authorization in my PayPal account, but he says the money has been withdrawn from his credit card? Is this a Hikashop issue or a PayPal issue?

It's the second sale I have had on the site, and the first one did the same thing.

Please help ASAP!

Hi,

This means that either you activated the "enable validation mode" setting in the setitngs of your PayPal payment method or you activated the setting with the same name in your PayPal merchant account or PayPal is really waiting for the bank to validate the payment.
