paypal issue

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.33

I get the message below from my website when a customers orders on paypal. It eventually goes through after a while.

Is this a joomla/hikashop issue or paypal.

A Paypal notification was refused because the IP 66.211.170.66 is not in the list of valid IPs :
23.43.178.*
173.0.81.*
173.0.82.*

Hi,

It's neither. It's a miss configuration of the PayPal payment method. In the menu System>Payment methods, edit your PayPal payment method. There, you want to either empty the "IPs" field, or add the new PayPal IP address.
I would recommend to just leave that field empty.
