configure the payment

HikaShop is a Joomla extension. It works on the Joomla CMS, not WordPress.
OpenCart and WooCommerce are other ecommerce solutions. They are not related to HikaShop.
So I don't understand what you mean by "platform is compatible".
If you want to configure a payment method in HikaShop, you need to go in the menu System>Payment methods, click on the "new" button, select the plugin corresponding to your payment gateway and then configure it.
If there are no plugins there for your payment gateway, note that you'll find many others available for HikaShop and listed under the "payment plugins" section of our documentation page:
