Stripe V3 with Connect SCA not working

Posting this as a new thread as requseted, though I had to fib about 4.2.3;) . We will be updating it shortly., but only just done 4.2.2.
I managed to translate the French thread, and looks like a similar issue which is now resolved, so here's hoping you can do the same for us.

I recently purchase the Stripe V3 with Connect Plugin to update for SCA (not V2 as previously stated sorry), though I am still getting messages from Stripe that my payments are not SCA. Please could you advise as I need to get this fixed urgently.

If you could please check and tell me what I need to do to get it work, ie setting changes. The documentation didn't appear to match what the screen was showing.

Hi Jerome

It has been a while and not got round to finishing off the new payment system for Stripe V3. We are still unable to set up the new STripe V3 with SCA s I can't see the same fields as you instructions below. ie the payment mode only allows JS and there is no Payment Interface field. I have donwloaded the files again and input them on a dev site to try and test again.

Would you please have a look for me and tell me where I am going wrong. It is so frustrating.

It shows up yes, but I am unable to amend the settings as per your instruction in the thread.

hese are the required settings :
Global credentials : No
Client ID : (empty, just need for the Stripe Connect integration)
Api Key: your API key
Publishable Key : Your key
Debug : Yes or No (depending if you want to have some debug data in the HikaShop payment log or not)
Payment mode : end page
Payment interface : Card (3D Secure)

ie only option for Payment mode is JS and there is no field for Payment interface. See attached snapshot.

Can you please tell me exactly where I can find the set up sections. I have uploaded the files, they show in Extensions - Plugins

After that I am unsure -- I have gone to Components - HikaShop - Config - System - Payment Methods - Created New - though not sure how this then connects to the new V3 SCA plugin and as you can see the fields don't show

Thankyou for your reply and I have passed your message on to our developer, who has checked the files and responded below:

To confirm the permissions are OK, write permission is viable for the owner “755” on the DEV site.
The update using Joomla works fine, completion successful, no errors on the DEV site.
I’ve also ftp’s the files into the hikamarket and hikashoppayment locations on the DEV site, just to be certain they are there…
FYI the creation dates of the files are as follows:

I’ve not touched anything on the PROD site, just so that they know they are looking at the DEV site rather than the PROD site if they are checking things for you.

Just following on from my last message, to hopefully make it easier to resolve we have re-enabled the Hika account so you can log in to the DEV site as login: hika
It is a dev site but would still rather send you the password seperately so not visible in the thread. Can you tell me how I can do this please?
