If yes, I really don't understand how it's possible, and so we need to see more.

Can you provide some user frontend AND backend access references (with all access) in order to process some tests directly on your website ?

Hi,

You have the "Enable validation mode" setting activated in your PayPal payment method.
In such case, after the payment is done, you need to go in your PayPal merchant account and validate the payment so that the payment notification is then received by HikaShop and the order is confirmed.
So can you confirm that you validated the payments after receiving them ? Otherwise, it's normal that your orders are not confirmed.
