Stripe V3 with Connect No payment confirmation

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome Latest

Hi, some customers have placed orders on my site. They paid by credit card through the Plugin Stripe V3 with connect 1.0.5. The problem is that Hikashop, in some cases, did not register the payment confirmation. In the history of these orders, I only find "payment created" but I do not find "payment confirmed" even if I received the payments on Stripe. I sell courses online, if payment confirmation does not arrive, users are not automatically enrolled in courses after payment.

Since the 1.0.5 release, we made 2 hot patches. One with purely cosmetic and the other was to improve the handle of payments in errors (which is not your case if I understand right).
Do you have elements or details which could help us to understand the specificity of these "bad" orders ?

Hi, unfortunately I don't know what elements to provide you to understand what generates the problem. Is there a log file that I can check?

Hello,

Yes if you enable the "debug mode" in the plugin instance, you will get some log entries in the HikaShop payment log.
Thanks to the log, we can understand what is going on (what was the Stripe reply) for the orders which are not confirmed directly.

I keep having the same problem. I receive payments but the order status remains "created" and not "confirmed"

Hello,

Your log indicates that you have orders below 0.50 euros (which is not accepted by Stripe : stripe.com/docs/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts )
It is always the case ?
