-- Browser(s) name and version -- : google chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : when site is in usd the payment gateway of paypal working. but when site main currency in INR unable to found shipping and payment option when checkout.

Hi,

There are two things :
- in each payment and shipping methods, you have the "currencies" setting where you can restrict them to only some currencies. So if you want the payment and shipping methods to appear all the time, you want to make sure that this setting is empty.
- Most payment methods don't support all the currencies. Here is the list of currencies supported by PayPal:

You can see that INR is not listed there and so it's normal that the PayPal payment methods won't appear when the current currency is INR.
You could unpublish the INR currency and keep it "displayed" so that the customers could still see your products in the INR currency, and then, on the checkout, the currency would automatically change to the "main currency" of your website (which would have to be USD).
Or you could configure instead another payment method with a payment gateway which supports the INR currency.

Hi,

No. You'll get the same payment plugins you already have with the Starter edition.
For example, you have the Pay U india payment plugin which is made specially for Pay U India and thus is for the Indian market.

i did not find Pay U India plugin in starter . where i can download or test pay u india plugin?

i activated payuindia plugin and entered testmode credentials and published

but when i checkout its giving error.

i have verified everything but not able to find the problem

found wrong url for test mode in the plugin

in plugin url is for testmode

test.payu.in/_payment

but as per payu.in

its

sandboxsecure.payu.in/_payment


so changed to

sandboxsecure.payu.in/_payment

now some error occured problem solved

but getting the following error

"unable to get payment data"

Hi,

No the URL is correct.
If you check here: devguide.payu.in/docs/developers-guide/c...heckout-integration/ you can see that we're using the correct URL. The URL you put there is for another API this plugin doesn't support.
This error actually indicates that some of the data sent to PayU is invalid.
But it's hard to say what it is with that error message.
If you check in the link I gave, it list all the fields that must be sent.
You can see that fields have length limits.
So for example, if you're testing with an email address with more than 50 characters, or the shipping address of your order doesn't have a phone number, PayU would output that error message.
As I don't know the exact data of your order I can't say what is the problem exactly.
I would recommend you to ask with PayU support, they should be able to look at their logs to tell you what's wrong.
And also, if you can provide a screenshot of the details of your order from the backend of HikaShop, we could compare it against the documentation to tell you what's missing.

Hello,

The most simple to have some clues is to switch ON the Debug mode and to look into your payment log file .

Then if you don't know how to "read" the log, you can send it to us via our Contact us form, with an Url link to this topic.

Hi,

If I look at the details of your order, I can see that there is no shipping address.
PayU India requires a shipping address.
So either you activate the "Force shipping for virtual / weightless items" setting in the HikaShop configuration or you set a weight in your test product so that the shipping address will be asked during the checkout and PayU India will get the information.
That should help with the error message.
I would also recommend you contact PayU India merchant support. They should be able to tell you the exact issue with the payment request instead of the generic message that you get as a customer because maybe there is another issue than just the shipping address being missing and we don't know what it is yet.

finally pau india working in live. ( not working in test) but after payment returning to blank page. it should be like thanks for order and you can see your order details here


how i can setup that?

Hi,

What is the URL of the blank page you're returned to?
Could you activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the joomla configuration and try again ? It might then display some error message on that blank page which would help us understand what's going on.
