Why not receive email notification once pay with point?

The payment make by full with points.

Hi,

If you full amount is paid with points, then the total amount will end up being 0.
In that case, you want to make sure the "validate free orders" plugin is turned on in the Joomla plugins manager.

Hi,

How is the status of the order after the checkout ? Is the order status left to "created" ? Or did it change to "confirmed" ?
Is the total amount of the order 0 ?
Could you provide a screenshot of your order statuses in the System>Order statuses menu ?

The order status are confirmed. Total amount are based on the price that we purchase.

Hi,

As far as I can see, everything looks fine.
Could you provide a screenshot of the history of an order with the issue (you can find it at the bottom of the screen, when displaying the details of an order in the backend) ?
Could you also check the emails sent for that same order, in the Customers>Emails history (it might be that the emails are actually sent by HikaShop but not received for some reason, like spam related) ?

Here i attach the order list as request. Fyi , if i click email at top , the email will send out without any issue.

Regarding email , no email send out for that orders.

Hi,

I look at your situation and now I understand.
You've turned off the "virtual coupon" mode of the user points payment plugin.
In that case, the order is directly created with the status "confirmed".
However, you've also deactivated the "order creation notifiction" which is sent to the customer when the order is created.
And since the order is already confirmed, and the "order status notification" email is sent to the customer when the order goes from created to confirmed, it is not sent either.
