This will require the development of an integration payment plugin for HikaShop.
Similarly to tbi bank, we also have a developer documentation available here:

With both documentations and the access to the test environment of Fusion Pay, PHP developers can develop that plugin.
I would recommend first checking with your bank. Since they developed payment plugins for other ecommerce solutions, maybe they would be willing to develop one for HikaShop ?
Otherwise, I would recommend contacting developers who already developed payment plugins for other banks / payment gateways for HikaShop.
For example, www.webit.bz/hikashop-payment-modules-c-38_39.html or tsukidev.com/ already developed many of them and are open to develop more of them.
