Hi

In paybox.php, you need to add 2 fields to be compatible :

CountryCodeMobilePhone
MobilePhone

Could you check and add <CountryCodeMobilePhone>+33</CountryCodeMobilePhone><MobilePhone>'.$order->cart->billing_address->address_telephone.'</MobilePhone>
(in France +33)

In 5.1.1, you added the field CountryCodeHomePhone, is it enough to be compatible ?

Hi,

No, the CountryCodeHomePhone and HomePhone fields were added one year ago and only for Sofinco as their integration differs from the standard PayBox integration:

So, if you have another bank selected in the payment method, these two fields won't be provided. And even if you provide them, the integration documentation clearly says that you need the MobilePhone to be provided.

Following your message, I looked for the latest version of the integration manual for PayBox at:

And the latest version of the manual includes a change that was added at the end of February 2024 to make the Mobile phone number of the billing address required for some reason:

I'm surprised they would push this and with a deadline within only 6 months without much communication about it ! It's not even mentioned yet in the english version of the documentation.
How did you know about the end of September deadline ? Could you provide more information about this ?

Anyway, I've worked on the changes for this today and pushed them to the release.
Download again the install package of HikaShop 5.1.1 on our website and install it on yours in order to get the necessary modifications.

E-transactions support has been warning since August of the imminent change and that if the new fields are not present by October 2, transactions will be blocked.
I just sent by email some informations about it.

Thanks for all the details.

That's a short timeframe ! And in the middle of the summer holidays to boot.
We're reactive so we can quickly adjust but I'm surprised they think everyone will be able to react in less than 2 months. I would have taken more margin if I was them.
Anyway, the patch for this is there now for HikaShop. Thanks again for letting us know.

You are right, delays given by the banks are very short. I just receive a mail form a client who told me that we have to update the Credit Agericole Paybow gateway before october...

Can you confirm that the latest update you made to Hikashop updates the Paybow plugin for Crédit Agricole applications as well?
