Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of the payment method, and the URL of the website so that we can check on the situation ?
Also, you can check the different points listed here:

Hi,

First, please understand that we can't remember who provides access to what. Also, in your email you only state that it is a frontend user account, not that it can access the backend.
And please don't send your questions on both forum and email.

Regarding your issue, I can see that you have the "Handle no recurring" setting turned off. This means that the plugin will only appear on your checkout if the product in the cart is linked to a subscription in HikaSerial and that HikaSerial is configured to handle recurring payments (this means that the payment is done automatically periodically in order to renew the subscription).
In your case, you don't want that so you need this setting turned on.

If you want us to work on the development of an extra feature for you to support the capture of the funds when the instant capture is turned off and you change the status of an order, that's possible. We would charge 150 euros for that development job.

The lang key: HANDLE_NO_RECURRING - makes no sense - could you please add an english string for that, like: Handle only recurring - and default should be to not handle recurring, but handle one time payments.

I think your extension is very expensive on the first hand, so no thanks.
What does the third option in the Instant Capture setting dropdown mean in the Bambora Plugin??? It has the options Yes, No and Returning ??? What is Returning for ??

Hi,

It's not "Returning" but "Recurring". If you select it, it means that the instant capture will be only for payments made for carts with recurring subscription products and other orders will not automatically capture the funds.

The issue with the HANDLE_NO_RECURRING is because the translation is in HikaSerial. And since you're not using it the translation is missing. And we didn't see the problem as we had HikaSerial installed when we worked on this. We'll be adding it. We'll also make it on by default. It indeed makes more sense. Thanks for the feedback.

I believe you have recieved an email from ePay about this development: "If you want us to work on the development of an extra feature for you to support the capture of the funds when the instant capture is turned off and you change the status of an order, that's possible. We would charge 150 euros for that development job. "
Could you please answer them ?
