Hello everyone,
I have a problem with PayPal payments in HikaShop and hope someone can help me.
When I click on "PayPal" in the shopping cart, a small popup with a blank white page always appears, which shouldn't happen. If I close this window, another small popup appears with the prompt "Confirm your identity." There, I can choose to receive an SMS, but then an error message appears saying, "An error occurred."
The strange thing is: sometimes the payment works, but this error occurs quite often.
I have already checked the following:
The API settings for PayPal in HikaShop are correctly configured (Client ID and Secret).
HTTPS is active for the entire website.
I have disabled pop-up blockers and tested it in different browsers.
My PayPal account is active and unrestricted.
Still, the error persists. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this or what else I could check?
