Card Cards missing from front and back ends

First, thank you for making this great software for so long. We started out on Joomla 1.3 and you have been there with us from the beginning. Bravo

I am trying to get the PayPal Checkout to work. The client provided Merchant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret, and the Plugin page shows "Successfully connected (Payment feature)"

However, the backend shows nothing in the section labeled "Accept credit card payments". And neither does the front-end show the credit card form.

Is the client missing some setting in their PayPal account? Or have I made some setting incorrect?
