ReCaptcha not working on Product information page

Hello Everyone,

I have ReCaptcha on forms working fine (on the registration form) but it does not come up on the "ask a question about this product" form you get ont he product display page. That form is unprotected.

Note that I also have a normal Joomla Captcha plugin loaded to protect the "contact us" form. If I disable the joomla recaptcha plugin, the recaptcha image is still displayed on the contact us form but there is also an error saying that it is not working - not sure if they are related. Disabling either of them does not fix the problem ?

Any ideas ?

Hi,

The HikaShop Captcha plugin has an option to activate if you want to have it display on contact forms. When activated, it will display on both the Joomla and the HikaShop contact form.
Note that the contact form support had some glitches until July so if you're using an old version of our plugin, I would recommend to download it again on our website and install it again on yours.

Hi Nicolas,

I installed the latest version and I now get the captcha on the product info form, I still had a clash with multiple captchas on the contact forms, I found under user manager and under contacts manager that the captcha default can be disables. I did this so now only the hikashop recaptcha is used on registration, contact us and product info forms - THANKS !
