-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.25
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error is: itemprop=”name” is missing. (in Google Search console)

Google gave me a warning for not properly using structured text (microdata) in Hikashop product pages.
Google says I am spamming my pages and has done a 'manual action' (something I do not like)

I have 76 items with errors in my Google Search console (and 1332 items without). Error is:
itemprop=”name” is missing.

What can I do to solve this?

Hello,

This kind of issue reminds me something, and I think we have add some corrections in some of our release, and so can you update your HikaShop version ?

If that don't solve your issue can you provide some url link to your product with this issue in order to process some tests ?

Awaiting news from you.

Regards

Hello Philip,
I have update Hikashop to 2.6.4 today. The itemprop="name" is still missing.
I also checked another Hikashop site, but also there is no itemprop="name".

Check also: search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool
I tested the page www.semmie.net/adhd/product/slaapklets

Hello,

I don't understand ! Do you have some ovveride view on your product page ? (That means on other websites too !)
Can you try to process this test with using a default template like Protostar ? If the itemprop="name" is still missing with Protostar.

I need a backend access, and so provide these reference by using our Contact us form, and don't forget to add to your message an Url link to THIS topic.

Awaiting news from you.

Regards
