Related Products - Show from top category downwards....

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6

Hi,

I have my product categories laid out with Social Mind at the top and then some others below. All my products are in the sub categories. I now want to setup the related products module to display any related products. But if I select "Social Mind" then I get none and obviously if I select one of the sub categories then I only get products from that category.

So how do I set it up so that I get ALL related products that may be in MULTIPLE categories?

Hello,

The most important point in this situation is to check the module configuration page, more especially the HikaShop Options tab, so can you provide a screenshot ?
You will see it, in Extensions => Modules, then look for your related module, check this red bordered option :
