Product description Gone....

Hi,
Products displays correctly on categories/sub categories
On "Full product Page" description gone..., comments and post a comment are no longer accessible
Any idea most welcome

UPDATE1:
Changing Display/CSS Options/Front-end CSS File/ from "default" to "old" allow display the description but the complete layout of Categories/sub Categories as well as article is totally changed - font style do not match anymore the specified one.

UPDATE2:
Switching to another template, description show as expected on product page - I don't edit any files.....don't understand...

Hi,

That's because you have a javascript error on the pages (coming from another extension) :
monosnap.com/file/FUfvhulUTYQoqYowvuxAKmaD0RIzRW
Because on that, the javascript of HikaShop to initialize the tabs is skipped by the browser and thus you don't see the content of the tabs.

Thanks for commenting but this is all Chinese for me

Is that can be related by the fact that I turn my website from http to https?
Any idea on how can I fix that on it_trendyshop template as it displays normally on Helix3?

Hello,

The first error line is not important but it indicates that a font is not loaded.

The issue is the second line and is related to something called "flexslider".
Please understand that it is far outside the limit of our support since it is not something provided by HikaShop.
