Product messure liter instead of weight

You can use translation overrides to change them.
For example, you can add this:
KG="L"
and you'll see L instead of kg for the weight of the products.

One solution could be to use another unit for the liters. For example you could override g instead of kg. The drawback is that the weight used for the calculations of shipping fees (if that's necessary) would be wrong.
Alternatively, you could turn off the display of the weight and use instead a custom product field for that. That way, you could keep your weight units as they are by default and display the weight however you want for each product.
