Related product module CAROUSEL: issue with slider in mobile

Hello,
I am testing th ecarousel version of thsi module and I noticed this issue in mobile devices:

my carousel correctly displays 3 products and slides to 3 more products by clicking on the paginantion dots,
but on mobile it display 2 or 1 products and it still slides by 3 positions when navigating with the dots, which means some products are being skipped everytime. Shouldn't it slide by 2 or 1 position, depending on how many products are displaied for that device screen size.

I tried to selecte the option"slide one by one" , but it doesn't change anthing. Am I missing some other setting maybe?
