Purchased one item at total cost $15
Purchased nine items at total cost $100

Sure, you'll just have to use options of the "Prices" tab through your product configuration page.

The solution will be to create :
- One price with the "Price" option set to $15 and the "Quantity" option to 1
- Another price with the "Price" option set to $100 and the "Quantity" option to 9

$15x1(Quantity)=15(right)
$100x9(Quantity)=900(wrong)
