HikaShop Content Module link issue

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.5.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.10
-- PHP version -- : 5.4

Hello, I have an button in the mainmenu with the component category prodcuts, and I use to the frontpage of the website this HikaShop Content Module.

When someone click on one product from the page, I have link like url.ro/component/hikashop/product/... and if I go to the category product, same product will have like seo url url.ro/product-category-name/name-of-product.

Right now, I will have duplicate pages :( how I can resolve this problem ?

Hi,

You need to enter the URL /product-category-name/name-of-product in the "canonical URL" field of the product to avoid duplicate pages for search engines.
If you also want that URL to be used everywhere on the website (which isn't necessary to avoid duplicate content errors for SEO), you can turn on the "force canonical URL on listings" setting of the HikaShop configuration.
